The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services services hundreds of thousands of Oklahomans. It employs thousands of Oklahomans. It's is a vital part of our society. Cutting the budget for them has devastating and costly repercussions. The potential for deadly consequences is very real. We, as constituent do not want funding cuts for these services. We want to keep the services so many desperately need.
