Charles Echlos was killed on July 30th 2023 in Whitehall West Virginia by individual or individuals suspected to be white prison employees.

This petition will serve as a PUBLIC NOTICE DEMAND that the Marion County WV Prosecutor issue a public statement written or verbal with regard to the wrongful killing of Charles Duttty Echols forthwith.  We believe that an arrest should be made for his wrongful killing and that if an arrest is not made, the prosecutor should explain why an arrest is not being made to the family and public by written or verbal official statement forthwith.

We are concerned that the killing of Charles Duttty Echols is not valued because Mr Echols was a Blackman in West Virginia and his suspected killers were white prison employees within the states prison systems.
