I haven't updated in a long time. I simply wanted to share that it took me years to uncover the fraud in our case. When I first felt I understood the fraud, I was on the right track, but it was only the tip of the iceberg. Martin Cirkiel pictured above and Nona Matthews' co-counsel Meredith Prykryl-Walker sealed the case in the lower federal court and kept many filings from us. When I approached the courthouse to retrieve the record from the Judge, I was told I couldn't have the sealed withheld filings and I had to go through our attorney, Martin Cirkiel. Cirkiel kept about 20 filings from us that I ultimately received not from him, but an inside confidential source. Martin Cirkiel aided in the cover-ups and got initially has gotten away with it because I did not pull together all the fraud until between 2022 and 2025. I want to share that there is no way I would write without having the ability to prove it which we have. I will keep y'all posted, but I won't be including petition updates except for minimally. These people have destroyed our lives while fraudulently draining public funds. We will be back in touch.
