Today, I am writing to share with y'all some updates and deep gratitude to all of you that have supported us. I have written, documented and recorded 144 pages of Attorney Misconduct against the Hearing Officer, HUNTER BURKHALTER, our own attorney, MARTIN CIRKIEL, of course, NONA MATTHEWS and her co-counsel, MEREDITH WALKER. When I first started this, I thought it was only NONA MATTHEWS that committed so much misconduct. It has taken me a very very long time to put together all of the misconduct that took place. The reason it took so long was that our own attorney, MARTY CIRKIEL was indisputably involved in covering up the crimes committed against our son.
I can remember when our cases ended and being so confused with how the false judgments happened. When I discovered Marty Cirkiel's involvement, it all began to make sense. Much of the illegal activity happened in the lower court under seal and in two Fifth Circuit Oral Arguments. Discovering the lies and cover-ups were devastating to us. I can share that this destroyed my health with three large stomach ulcers and set off an inflammatory condition. Upon discovering the cover-ups and truth was the journey that also lead me back to regaining my health.
The things said and written about my son in filings were devastating and soul-crushing painful. I HAD to find the truth as I combed through thousands of documents.
I am posting a picture of my son...my twice-exceptional son. He is very smart but has both a high IQ and learning differences. This picture was taken at a learning difference school the summer before NONA MATTHEWS "eliminated" him from the school district she represented during the ILLEGAL TEA 8.5% Cap. "C.C." is one of 250,000 children harmed by that Cap. Even those that were identified were harmed and continue to be harmed.
I am proud to say that once we moved three hours away to get away from the trauma, the lies, and the cover-ups, our son was well received in a school district where there were no Walsh attorneys, and definitely no NONA MATTHEWS. He graduated and it was truly one of the proudest moments of our lives. What this boy went through under the OPPRESSION of TEA , NONA MATTHEWS, MARTY CIRKIEL, MEREDITH WALKER and HUNTER BURKHALTER was life-changing and frightening. To see him graduate and have the full support of his school was absolutely amazing. He is doing well but has absolutely been scarred by the TEA and those that turned a blind eye to the malicious tactics of NONA MATTHEWS .
I post this picture because this was the boy we had before he was so grossly abused in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD under the oppression of TEA and NONA MATTHEWS. He used to smile so big. He regained some of that, but he was forever changed.
By your support and all those that came before us fighting this corrupt machine, has made our journey a little less unbearable except for the fact that you all tried to stop the madness of NONA MATTHEWS, but it fell on deaf ears. WE ARE SORRY THAT YOU ALL WENT THROUGH THIs UNDER THE HORRIFIC policies brought on by self-serving attorneys. But I THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART AND SOUL that you all were the warriors that came before us that gave me the strength to keep fighting. Because of you, I found my ability to comb through thousands of files and documents and found the truth.
These people may never do the right thing in correcting the records, but I NOW HAVE ALL OF THE TRUTH and their misconduct. I PROMISE we will eventually share everything with y'all. I firmly believe that just like those that came before us fighting these policies and mistreatment of our children - my efforts and discoveries are very important to share with all of you. I am closer now than I have ever been in sharing everything. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT.
