Good Evening All!, 

I am currently working on bar grievances specifically on Nona Matthews AND Marty Cirkiel. To my dismay, I felt certain that I could not find any more misconduct on these two attorneys only to find even more. I hope to have these done soon. It is discouraging that I could not even turn to our own attorney, Marty Cirkiel to address Nona Matthews misconduct when Marty was contributing equally as much. 

I am at a complete loss as to why anyone would do what these two have done. All we know is that direct evidence proves both their misconduct. Marty Cirkiel owes us an apology. A good man cleans up the destructive path that he left behind him. That is not what he is doing. 

On another note, we will have both grievances done soon. There is no way I could have done this any sooner. It took me a long time to understand what and how they threw the case.
