Charge Israeli nationals for crimes related to September 11, 2001

The Issue

We the undersigned citizens of the United States hereby Petition the Department of Justice of the United States to charge Israeli nationals Sivan Kurzberg, Paul Kurzberg, Oded Ellner, Yaron Shimuel, Omar Marmari and and Dominick Suter for crimes related to the events of September 11, 2001.

According to a partially-declassifed FBI report, prior to the explosions in the World Trade Center Towers on September 11, 2001, Sivan Kurzberg, Paul Kurzberg, Oded Ellner, Yaron Shimuel, and Omar Marmari took positions on a parking deck in New Jersey in order to photograph and record the impending explosions by video.

All five men were employed by Urban Moving Systems. All five men appeared visibly happy in the photographs taken of themselves and appeared to be dancing and “high-fiving” each other.

When the five Israelis were arrested in New Jersey, Sivan Kurzberg told the arresting officer, as quoted by the FBI: “We are Israeli, We are not your problem. Your problems are our problems, The Palestinians are the problem.”

According to a lawsuit filed by Sivan Kurzberg, Paul Kurzberg, Yaron Shimuel, and Omar Marmari against Attorney General John Ascroft, FBI Director Robert Mueller, members of the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and members of the Metropolitan Detention Center, 30 unidentified members of the FBI and/or the INS beat the five arrested men in detention.

Dominick Suter, the owner of Urban Moving Systems, fled the United States on September 14, 2001.

The five arrested Israelis were deported to Israel in November 2001 on passport violations charges. No criminal charges have ever been filed against them.

For far too long the role of Israel in the events of September 11, 2001 have been hidden from the public despite the clear intentions of former members of the FBI and law enforcement to charge the known criminal accomplices in these events. We the undersigned Citizens of the United States demand that citizens of Israel known to be involved in 9/11 be charged with crimes immediately.
