As many of you have now seen the utterly disgusting and disturbing video of the 2 boys shooting at the dog arrest have been made. After contacting Etowah County district attorney Jody Willoughby will be charging the actual shooter as a minor. Both should be charged as ADULTS. As well as the girls involved.
