Charge Barbara Wible with 146 Felony counts of Animal Cruelty in Portage County, Ohio.

Charge Barbara Wible with 146 Felony counts of Animal Cruelty in Portage County, Ohio.
The Issue
In the beginning of June, 2023, Barbara Wible, the Principal Officer of the non profit Rescue, Canine Lifeline, was found alive by authorities at her home in Parma, Ohio, within Cuyahoga County, after a request for a welfare check. The authoritities subsequently found 36 dogs in total with 12 of them deceased. It took then 2 weeks before Authorities searched her abandoned property in Mantua, Ohio, which resides in Portage County. Authorities there found 146 deceased dogs in various stages of decomposition, some locked in cages. ALL dogs had not had access to food or water for months, just abandoned and left to suffer in the most painful, horrific way imaginable. Parma, has formally indicted Barbara Wible on 36 Animal Cruelty Felony Charges. The Portage County APL, which is a Rescue itself, was aware of Barbara Wible, who is also a Biochemist, needing help with 40 dogs back in 2022, and have chosen to only charge her with 25 Misdemeanor counts through the Holland and Muirden Law Firm. They have been retained by the APL to pursue these minor charges per Ohio Code that THEY designed. My request, along with many others, is for the APL to give this case to the County Prosecutors Office, IMMEDIATELY, so that they can pursue 146 Felony Counts of Animal Cruelty. Barbara Wible, deserves to be punished to the fullest extent of the law! We must NOT allow this to ever happen again and we the people demand that the Portage County, Ohio, APL, uses The County Prosecutor to indict Barbara Wible with 146 Felony counts of horrific Animal Cruelty! Goddard's Law is a LAW for this purpose...USE IT!! The 146 DESERVE this.
Thank you for your time and support.
