Animal cruelty goes unnoticed most of the times and even when it doesn't and people care enough to report it, there's usually just a fine which may or may not be paid. We want to change this. We want a new law that charges anyone who induced pain on an animal with prison. We want a law that charges anyone who induces pain on an animal by mistake to be charged with a fine. This is a very simple task to do. It will not affect anyone negatively. The only thing that you have to do is NOT do anything. Just live your life without abusing animals.
