I'm doing a project for school and the topic I'm doing is changing the "one foot rule" in college football which is where you only have to have one foot in bounds when you catch the ball.  I care about this problem because I love watching college football and the NFL, and since this rule is different in the NFL, I feel like it should be changed to having both feet in bounds so that it will be easier for the college players to adjust when they get to the NFL.  If this rule got changed, I feel like it would impact everyone from the players to the coaches to even the fans just watching it.  I feel like overall, this would make it a lot easier to adjust and it would make sure the players don't get into bad habits before getting to the NFL.
