I Margaret Wright is concerned with the fact that the Johnson City Water Company does not allow payment plans nor a reasonable time to get your payment in when you have an unexpected high water bill. There are no payment plans and they don’t allow you enough time to get your payment in before sending it to your mortgage tax company, We as tax payers need to put a stop to this problem.
