I made a complaint via Surrey Police as well as a VRR (Victim right to review), which i had never known about until recently.
Surrey Police have responded & gave me a thorough breakdown, which I appreciate. They have treated this years incidents as isolated & not actually looked at every single prior log or report I made in the last two years.
The isolation is also due to the statue of limitation, which in my opinion, shouldn't be valid & she last made contact in November 2025, after specifically being told not to contact me in June/July 2025. The statue of limitation was still very much active. I have questioned this in my response.
I gave the responding specialist officer a bit of background to express why I am so frustrated.
I have thanked this specific team as they have been the best in the two years as a collective. They have listened & communication is great.
I had reached out to Paladin but unfortunately they're unable to help as they only deal with high risk cases.
The Suzy Lamplugh Trust advised me on next steps, which was to apply to a Stalking Protection Order (SPO), via 101 & to allow two weeks for a response.
No word from VRR yet but I will add new evidence came to light last week, which I sent in.
I have been advised this behaviour is now classed as Stalking since the suspect has moved but still continues to contact me by any means necessary.
