October is one of the greatest months of all time and needs to be treated as such. Changing the name to Spooktober sets October apart which allows to be embraced fully.

If October stays with its current name, it is just another month. If the name is changed to Spooktober, there is a new excitement around the month itself. It allows people to be excited for it rather than think to themselves "oh this is just another month".
