They need to give funds for reunification not adoption. Give funds for parents who do programs and better them selfs. Make it to where you get incentives for programs like parenting and drug rehab or drug programs and penalize them for adoptions and less they are founded make them work to prove that they're founded instead of unfounded and putting that on people that are good parents if we get this law made I want to call it legacy's law don't know if it's the same everywhere but here in Florida they give $25,000 for a complicated adoption $10,000 for a regular adoption it's backwards it should not be going to the adoptions it should be going to the reunifications that'll stop CPS from taking people's children unfoundedly and wrongfully that'll help people to better themselves better products of society and it'll keep CPS honest
