Change the FBISD ranking policy to rank students with their campus of attendance

Currently, the EIC ranking policy ranks students with their campus of residence. This means that regardless of the school that a student actually attends, they will be ranked with the students in their campus of attendance (including program of choice and special transfer students). This is unfair because students will be ranked with people that haven't ever gone to school with them. Each FBISD school has a varying assortment of AP/AAC classes offered, as well as different grading policies including progressive testing, late work, etc. It is outrageous to compare students and rank them when they have not even received equal opportunities regarding class selection. Additionally, each school has a varying level of competitiveness and class difficulty, even for the same course. For example, Biology AAC at Dulles high school has one more unit then all other Biology AAC courses at other schools. It is unfair to every student (including program of choice and non program of choice students), to rank everyone based on where they live. If you are in support of changing the ranking policy of FBISD to a more fair one, where students are ranked with students they actually go to school with, please sign this petition!
