Kipke, Nicholaus Delegates office responded to my email advising me they reached out to the Transportation department to see if they can help.

I appreciate your email and your concerns, and as I told the Principal at both CHEH and CHBM I will monitor the area for a few days. At this time, I will leave the stops as they are and report my decision to the administrators at the school.

Thanks so much for your quick response. However, I am heartbroken to hear you will need to monitor the area for a few days before you can determine the change of the Baltimore Annapolis BLVD @ Riverdale RD and Baltimore Annapolis BLVD @ Pertch RD Bus Stops. Can you please let me know the criteria that needs to be met to have a Bus Stop Changed to a safe location.
I am VERY CONCERNED that a car going through a bus stop during the time the children are advised to be at the bus stop does not meet the criteria for immediate change.
Please merge the two bus stops on Baltimore Annapolis BLVD into one bus stop. Change the location to Pertch RD @ Barbara RD. I am suggesting this location as this is the current location for the Elementary School Bus Stop.
Directions for the Pertch RD @Barbara RD Bus Stop:
Turn Right on Riverdale RD
Turn Left on Barbara Rd
Pick up the children at Barbara RD & Pertch Rd
Turn Left on Pertch Rd
Turn Right on Baltimore Annapolis BLVD and continue the Bus Route

I am expecting more signatures in the next few days. I attached the flyer and signs I have printed and will be distributed around the neighborhood the next few day.
Please reconsider the monitoring and change the Bus Stop immediately children lives/ safety is a stake.
