03/02/23 UPDATE
I want to thank Christina O'Connor, my family, my friends etc. for your wonderful advice and contacts. I feel we made a great start.
The big take away is to sign the petition and email AACPS Transportation at transportation@aacps.org expressing your concerns. I will be emailing daily until they change the bus stop. The more people we have reaching out the better.
29 Signatures on the Petition

I Ordered 8 Yard Signs 24" x 18". I will be putting 4 yard signs on Baltimore Annapolis BLVD and the rest throughout the neighborhood. The template is attached I ordered mine through Office Depot.
I ordered 75 Flyers to give out to my neighbors.
I also started a linkr.ee to have the Petition, Flyer, Sign and links in one spot for easy access. https://linktr.ee/changebusstop
I emailed the principal and the assistant principal at Chesapeake Bay Middle School. THANK YOU, your Staff is AMAZING for, responding quickly to my urgent request. The Principal Richard Tubman called me within 5 minutes after sending my email. Advising me he will bring this up with his supervisor and with the AACPS Transportation. The Assistant Principals email me back or called me quickly. The Assistant Principal Zachary Jones Contacted me and let me the AACPS Transportation responded back to his email. Advising me the AACPS Transportation will be monitoring the bus stops for the next few days and determine if adjustments will be made. I will continue to email and get signatures until I get confirmation the Bus Stops will be moved to a safe location.
I have also email 3 News Stations and 3 Newspapers. Hopefully, they will pick up the story.
Thanks,
Jessica Kelly
