While many in the UK have enjoyed BBUK and it's drama, twists and turns - I am starting to feel a shift in how UK viewers want to watch television.

With the rise in competition based games, like The Traitors and stable viewership of Survivor UK, I can't help but feel the shift in viewership habits in the UK.

I propose bringing in a more similar style to BBUS/BBCAN, more competition and strategy based. Bring in HoH, Power of Veto and a UK version of a "BB Blockbuster". Encourage housemates to talk about their game, their votes, their strategies in the open instead of punishing them for it.

The viewership of BBUK has been in constant decline, even the most loyal of fans can admit. 500K live viewers is not healthy for a reality TV show, considering your competition is The Traitors which pulled almost 20 million live viewers an episode just last year.

ITV need to think about changing the way BBUK is played, the role of Big Brother and the format of the game as a whole to save the show from a 3rd cancellation.
