I have dreamt of pursuing my passion for music and performance, but every time I consider auditioning for Hybe India, the age limit acts as a barrier. The current age restriction, which allows only those born from 2005 or 2006 onwards, leaves out a significant group of potential talents. I am not alone in this struggle; many others in their early 20s find themselves in the same predicament. This issue is not only about one individual's dream but about a collective group of aspiring artists who are equally deserving of an opportunity to shine.

Our educational system significantly differs from that in other parts of the world, leading many of us to only truly pursue our artistic talents after completing certain academic milestones. This is a huge disadvantage for those who are over the age threshold set by Hybe India's current audition policies. We understand that training and development are critical, and we are prepared to dedicate ourselves fully to the rigorous demands of training. However, the age limit denies us even the chance to prove our worth.

Talent knows no age, and many famous artists achieved their breakthroughs later in life. Hybe India should reconsider its age criteria for auditions to be more inclusive and allow those in their early 20s to participate. Making this change can open doors for numerous talented individuals who simply need a platform to showcase their potential without age being a limiting factor.
