1. The whole world is impacted by the results of the 1998 film GODZILLA.
2. The Zilla Name Controversy started in 2004 when the ToraGoji was reused for the 2004 film Godzilla: Final Wars. When Toho slapped the name "Zilla" on ToraGoji, because the 1998 film demonstrated the fact that they took the "God" out of "Godzilla".

Paragraph 2: What is at stake?

1. This means we can finally put this Zilla Name Controversy debate to a complete rest by ending it with the film name, and ToraGoji name being changed to "Zilla", permanently.
2. This will mean that when this petition passes its goal, and Toho sees this, ToraGoji and his film he appears in, will forever be Zilla, not Godzilla anymore.

Paragraph 3: Reason why this should happen?

1. Because everyone will say, "Well that's because Tristar took the "God" out of "Godzilla" for the 1998 film."
2. A lot of controversy happened back in 2004 when the ToraGoji was reused for the 2004 film Godzilla: Final Wars. Because Toho slapped the name "Zilla" on ToraGoji.
3. During the time when all the past Toho creatures from past Godzilla films were making a comeback, and they needed a new creature besides Monster X and Monster X II/Keiser Ghidorah, and also because they didn't have the license to use King King (a.k.a. Kong) for the film, they chose to reuse ToraGoji from the 1998 film "GODZILLA" (which this petition is suggesting the film and ToraGoji character be renamed to "ZILLA") and change the name to "Zilla", because the 1998 film demonstrated the fact that they took the "God" out of "Godzilla" during the showing of the 1998 movie.

Paragraph 4: Why is now the time to act?

1. Since Toho has been erasing time and history surrounding the whole Zilla Name Controversy, people are getting confused with the name of the ToraGoji, thinking if they should be calling it "Zilla" or "Godzilla", and this petition explains it all.
2. This petition is also a proposal to persuade Toho to officially rename the 1998 film "GODZILLA", and the ToraGoji creature design into "ZILLA", to finally shut down this whole Zilla Name Controversy, and keep it all simple that Rowland Emmerich's 1998 Godzilla film is... "ZILLA" (1998).
