My Daughter was kidnapped (2x) and raped by the same man who is currently stalking her. He has sent her many messages and even called. He says he wants to dance around her burning corpse,eat her brain and heart, dismember her and send her body parts to family members. We have called the police many times and they tell us each time that not only is there not enough for a restraining order there isn't anything they can do until he does something physically to her.

We need better laws to protect people from the ones whom have kidnapped raped or made threats to do bodily harm especially if they are making threats that they will unalive you.im not sure who can help but I'm running out of options and faith.

If this wins it could save many life's and if it fails that could mean my Daughter might lose her life. I want this to win not only to change things for my child but for any man or woman who might have lost the change to have a life due to someone else's unnatural obsession or just plain cold hearted intentions.
