Current banking ombudsman does not protect depositors for false information provided by PSU bank staff. This needs proper implementation at the ground level by providing mandatory training to the staff and legal impact of providing incorrect  information and protect depositors interest.

If this is implemented the staff will think several times before giving any wrong information to the several depositors as they are being taken for granted by PSU banks unlike private retail banks.

Kindly share maximum and support the cause as almost every citizen is dealing with PSU banks
