Stop redirecting Ukrainians to the Russian version of Change.org

The Issue

I live in Kyiv, Ukraine. I use Ukrainian and English languages in my daily life, and my browser and Facebook settings shows my preffered languages as Ukrainian and English.
But when I open Change.org, it shows in Russian language! Yes, there's no Ukrainian translation here, but there is English version, and my browser clearly shows that I accept this language - nevertheless, Change.org is in Russian! Moreover, when I wanted to complain on the Facebook, I was redirected to Change.orgRussia page! This is nonsense. I can speak English, and I don't want to use Russian interface and Russian page, and my browser and FB settings clearly shows that.
Stop that! By now it looks like Change.org is spreading chauvinistic claims like "Ukraine is the part of Russia" and "there's no Ukrainian language, it is nothing more then corrupted Russian language". Hoping that is just a misinterpretation, I ask you to:
1. Redirect users of the Change.org website to the language versions by their browser settings, as stated by RFC 7231 p.5.3.5.
2. Don't redirect Ukrainian users of the Change.org Facebook page to Russian version of the page; do same with Twitter.
3. Consider translating the site into Ukrainian language.
