Please sign my petition, demand a change in the behaviour of police towards dog theft cases. My dog has been missing since 2 days from Anand Vihar Flyover. On the prior investigation people who were there told us that someone took him in White Alto. when reported to police they took the case very lightly.This need to be changed. Dogs are family and no one has the right to take them away from us. There is no statistics to even show how grave this concern is.The attitude of the police should get changed towards dog theft. They are acting so cool about this but then i realized this is India, here people struggle to find humans. Police shows lack of empathy and their callousness when it comes to report a dog theft is mind boggling.
