For 25 years NE Fresno has been negatively impacted by Operation Clean Up in the month of July.  It's the hottest time to fully utilize the service and our streets literally look like trash for the July 4th holiday.  This is patently unfair to the residents that pay the same garbage rates as other parts of the city.

Proposed:  Shift the scheduled service on an annual basis.  Example, Starting in 2026, ALL neighborhoods citywide shift to one month earlier, and repeat each subsequent year.  This way no one area is negatively impacted year after year after year.
