We are a group of concerned parents current, past and future. We are deeply troubled by the toxic environment that is being created by the Principal, Pamela McCloud.

Our community has been divided under her leadership, creating an environment that is not conducive to learning or growth for our children. Instead of focusing on the welfare of our students, she seems more interested in controlling private Facebook pages.

Our children are suffering - they are being bullied and discriminated against while under her watch. There have even been instances where they were physically hurt at school. When parents voice their concerns about these issues, instead of taking responsibility and addressing them head-on, she retaliates against the parents. United we stand and together we can make a difference.

This is not just about one person's job; it's about ensuring that every child in Smoke Rise Elementary gets the best possible education in a safe and supportive environment.

We need someone who will prioritize the safety and education of our children over personal power struggles.

Somos un grupo de padres preocupados por los niños de la escuela primaria Smoke Rise.

Estamos profundamente preocupados por el ambiente tóxico que está creando la directora, Pamela McCloud.

Nuestra comunidad se ha dividido bajo su liderazgo, creando un ambiente que no es propicio para el aprendizaje o el crecimiento de nuestros niños. En lugar de centrarse en el bienestar de nuestros estudiantes, parece más interesada en controlar las páginas privadas de Facebook.

Nuestros niños están sufriendo: están siendo intimidados y discriminados mientras están bajo su vigilancia. Incluso ha habido casos en los que fueron heridos físicamente en la escuela. Cuando los padres expresan sus preocupaciones sobre estos temas, en lugar de asumir la responsabilidad y abordarlos directamente, ella toma represalias contra los padres. Unidos estamos y juntos podemos marcar la diferencia.

No se trata sólo del trabajo de una persona; se trata de garantizar que todos los niños de la escuela primaria Smoke Rise reciban la mejor educación posible en un ambiente seguro y de apoyo.
