Whatever happened to the Integrity Albo promised?

When it comes to integrity, apparently John Howard did a better job.

Before I get into the nuts and bolts of this.  I would like to explain a key control mechanism that our government is implementing secretly.  Rights vs Privilege.

According to the Aussie Gov website, we have the Right to travel in and out of Australia.  But turns out, we have the most expensive Passport in the world.  Labor bumped it up last term.

When does this 'Right' become a 'Privilege'?  I would argue, it's already a privilege.  Our rights are being slowly eaten away, due to corruption.  Specifically, the rich individuals, and almighty corporations not paying taxes.  It's cheaper for them to cough up a political donation, or cash for pollyaccess, then pay tax, and not have to worry about things like the environment and small business.

I want to illustrate our government both Labor and Liberal are continually and secretly playing death by a thousand cuts, all because they are too afraid to challenge the billionaires that own our media, drilling, mining, logging, gambling, supermarkets, banking, insuring, supermarkets, accounting, IT, funerals, ports, building, hardware, utilities, housing, tolls, flying and any other oligarchy, than chase up the taxes they all are not paying.

Albo's wants to start charging more for Freedom Of Information (FOI) requests.  It goes beyond another hidden taxation scheme, into a tool for increased secrecy, within which grows even more corruption.

Once upon a time, our media would grill any politician for doing a stunt like this, but today, Murduch gets a lot of freedom from the Government like subsidies for starters, not paying any taxes for seconders, so he's not going to burn that capital stream, to inform Aussie punters, Albo's doing a dodgie.

If as treasurer of my local high schools P&C I started to hide money and donations, I would go to jail, but somehow it's OK for our biggest not-for-profit institution, the Federal Government, to hide political donations, let alone the actual financial books?

We have a government stuck in re-election mode, that is politically impotent, because of all the hidden income from donations all come with expectations and non-disclosed promises.  None of which benefit Australians.

Just saying - the Greens party doesn't except corporate donations.  Every other party does.  Maybe the Greens might change their mind decades from now, but right now, they have more integrity than every other political party in Australia, making them the most likely party to implement my 1 word change to get the NACC Public Hearings tabled.
