Colony caretakers become part of the solution, working diligently to ensure that feral cats are neutered, vaccinated, and returned to their environment. This process not only curbs the growth of the colony but also helps protect local wildlife by reducing hunting activity, and ultimately, unwanted predation of our cherished wildlife species.
Statistics have shown that TNVR is far more effective in stabilizing and reducing feral cat populations than attempting to remove them entirely. According to a study published in the scientific journal "Biological Conservation", implemented TNVR programs can lead to a 50% reduction in colony size over five years, while non-intervention can lead to a population increase of 200% in the same timeframe.
