You should have received a letter stating that your former TRICARE North contract and credentialing would transition to the East region starting on January 1, 2018. Therefore, you did not execute a Humana Military contract because your existing contract with Health Net Federal Services (HNFS) and/or Managed Health Network (MHN) was part of the transition.

Unfortunately, we were not permitted access to a copy of your contract with HNFS/MHN.
