Greetings Supporters!

Happy Women's Day!

Thank you to everyone who supported my petition to change the leadership of the Virgin Islands Public Libraries in our territory. We almost made it to 500 signatures to change the leadership of the V.I. public libraries. I want to thank my supporters and send this message out to you all who also want what I want: qualified directors and librarians to open the Elaine I. Sprauve Public Library and Museum of Cultural Arts. 

I want to let my supporters know that the petition is ended and over 400 of you signed this petition - close to 500!

Now I am telling all of you that we will support DPNR's leadership as it is and we will respect whoever is chosen to lead our beautiful and precious public libraries. I have nothing against any individual. All I seek is for our children and families to have the infrastructure and credentialed individuals to support their positive growth and development at home, school, and in the community.

Thank you all! Let us now move forward and do not think your voice went on deaf ears because efforts are being made to open the Elaine I. Sprauve Public Library and Museum of Cultural Arts in April 2023. We shall see and stay positive and prayerful.
