Under Dr. Polito’s leadership, the district’s financial stability has been significantly compromised, placing its future at serious risk. Alarmingly, she continues to play a central role as one of four members on the Board's Finance Oversight Committee, tasked with drafting the 2025–26 budget. Instead of addressing the root causes of the district’s financial troubles, the proposed solution is a new parcel tax.
Your voice is essential in driving accountability and restoring transparency to our schools. At a minimum, given the recent news (see below), Dr. Polito should be placed on administrative leave immediately, if not removed entirely, to allow the district the opportunity to heal, rebuild, and move forward with integrity.
