Hi all, we've reached 275 signatures on this petition—thank you so much for your support! We are approaching the one year anniversary of My Sons death on September 30th. I still have no closure. I will never have closure until I know accidents will be investigated properly and that the laws are changed to allow this to happen. At this time, it is up to the investigating officers discretion to test a person, who has survived a fatal accident. EVERYONE should be tested. In my Sons case, they tested him but, not the driver he ran in to. All parties should be tested. Would you help us keep the momentum going by sharing?
