We need to have the law changed so dogs and all animals cannot be caged and/or penned for extended periods of time and have sufficient room to move. There is a dog in Clermont Florida that is being kept in a cage 24 hours a day. He barely has enough room to stand and move around. He is maybe let out for a few minutes here and there to relieve himself and then forced back into solitude. Day and night in hot temperatures and freezing temperatures with no protection from the elements. The law states that since food, water and shelter are available then there is no law being broken. If you ask anyone around you if keeping a dog in a cage or confined space all day & night is not breaking the law I guarantee they would disagree.
