Change juvenile laws. Change what Governor Whitmer put into place on October 31, 2019. We cannot continue to give a free pass to juveniles who attempt to murder our children! This change needs to happen, not only for Colin Rogers and his family but for your children as well!! Colin Rogers was robbed, dragged by a car for 32 seconds at 45 mph ‘all caught on camera’ left Colin in a ditch to die while the juveniles went home without license and without a care in the world. Colin‘s parents were called to tell them that he was at the emergency room in Grand Rapids, Michigan, only because the neighbor saw what happened and called 911. 

Right now Colin is fighting for his life and has been since June 15. The 15/16 year-olds that did this have Felonise that are being charged with but no jail time, and charges that will go away when they turn of age and will be sealed forever. 

Colin’s life and his families, life, will forever be changed. Chris Becker will not charge them as adults. Even though Michigan allows 14-year-old and older to be charged as adults when they try to commit murder. It’s not even about just attempted murder it’s about felonies and about bullying ruining lives and they are getting away with it. Gang members seek out their youth and ask them to do crimes that they won’t do because Juveniles don’t have consequences that adults have. We need change!
