ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
Perception is always seen as reality. The events that caused the first wave of emails yesterday (SUE) were due to negligence. Thankfully due to exposure, she was taken to the vet. This causes me to perceive the accusations of retaliation may be true.
I can say this based on visible and personal knowledge. I was there.
Please let us ALL know how this is not retaliation.
Any Contracted or San Bernardino elected official that would like first hand knowledge and have discussions to create change in the Inland Empire please contact me on my personal cell xxx-xxx-xxxx.
There are proven and successful solutions through out the United States and locally.
Thank You
David Toro
