Change education system for equal learning opportunities in India
The Issue
As a citizen of India, I have opened my eyes to the daily struggles of our children and the poor state of our schools. For a long time, my biggest regret was watching this happen and doing nothing about it. I refuse to be a silent spectator anymore. Through this petition, I want to take action. If my voice can contribute to a real change for our children, I will find deep satisfaction and peace.
The present education system in India is plagued with disparities, leaving countless children without access to quality learning. We need 'One Nation, One Education' to ensure equal learning opportunities for every child across the country. The existing curriculum burden is exacerbated by poor school infrastructure in many areas. Government schools, particularly in rural and underprivileged urban areas, are often housed in buildings that are in a terrible state—schools with broken walls, leaking roofs, and dilapidated structures that are unsafe for our children.
Reconstruction of these schools with modern facilities is urgently needed. This is not just a matter of renovating brick and mortar. The government must personally intervene to provide students with an environment conducive to learning. Facilities such as well-maintained washrooms and canteens are not luxuries, but necessities for creating a safe and healthy educational experience.
Implementing 'One Nation, One Education' will not only bridge the educational gap but also standardize the quality of education. It is imperative for our children’s future that they receive the same opportunities to learn and grow, regardless of which part of India they reside.
I urge the government and concerned authorities to take immediate action and prioritize the rebuilding of our education system. Let us give our children the learning environment they rightly deserve. By signing this petition, you are supporting a future where every child in India has access to quality education. This is a call to action, a chance to stand up for the future leaders of India. Please sign and share this petition to make a real difference.
