In current times, people can get not only shut down from online platforms but also being sued - potentially leading to a lifetime "disability" regarding money - by sharing older games or movies online. While this is entirely understandable, this should not happen if the media is not available to buy anymore. An example could be older games. Sometimes, the respective Copyright holder of the game in question neither distributes the game anymore, nore do they gain money out of sells made on sites like ebay. 

This is why i demand that, if the copyright holder of the media, has not been able to profit off of the media anymore for two years, it should be able to be shared and downloaded publicly.
