I wish to petition to change alternative street parking city ordinance in LaCrosse, Wisconsin to start at the first accumulative snowfall after November 1st instead of on November 1st.

It is unnecessary and inconvenient for people who have to park on the street to have to move their cars every day even though there is no snow on the ground because there are no snowplows going through when it isn't cold enough to snow. 

It is entirely a law policing for profit up until the first snowfall otherwise.
