Barbe high school has altered their cell phone policy. Starting September 18th cell phones are not to be used on Barbes campus and stowed away in backpacks. There is no exception to family emergencies, calling parents or guardians for school threats (and Barbe has many threats), nor for any other personal matters. This policy is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be changed immediately. Please sign this petition to at least voice the opinions of students at Barbe high that are being silenced because of the altercations on our campus. All our school cares about is their image and the reason they want to take away phones is because they want the fights on campus to not be recorded.
