Change back the chick-fil-a fries recipe

Change back the chick-fil-a fries recipe

The Issue

Hi! Do you have a minute? Great!

My little sister and I are both allergic to peas. Last month, Chick-Fil-A changed their ingredients- and now their waffle fries have pea starch in them. Well, yesterday, I ate Chick-Fil-A with my sister, and we both got horrible stomach aches. The new fry recipe doesn't even taste good, and now I can't eat Chick-Fil-A! (It's not the same without the fries.)

They did this silently and there was NO announcement whatsoever. A few years ago, Wendy's changed their ingredients, and it was all over their social medias, website, and there were signs everywhere.

Just because peas aren't a major allergen, doesn't mean no one's allergic to them!

My other complaint is that I can't seem to find the ingredients online anywhere, please correct me if I'm wrong, but the only "ingredients" I could find were an old PDF file from 2004. Instructions on how to find the ingredients on the Chick-Fil-A website were useless, leading me only to the allergen list and NOT the ingredients list.

The only way my mom and I found out about the ingredient change was because someone posted it on social media, saying it was the reason the fries no longer tasted the same.

I made this in hopes to change three things- the first being the way Chick-Fil-A announces things, the second being the fries, and the third being the ingredients list readily available for anyone to read.

Thank you for reading :).
