Hello our animal lover friends! We are starting a petition to strenghten the Animal Abuse / Rights laws in the State of Idaho. Idaho currently has a statue on the books for Animal Abuse but is rarely adhered to and is vague in some areas. Idaho has some of the weakest Animal Rights / Abuse laws in the Country. 

This petition is in response to a recent incident in the Treasure Valley regarding the vicious beating of a dog caught on video. The man got a citation and sent home, as a misdemeanor. We believe these crimes should be a felony as in other states.
