An unfortunate occurrence occurred again at Moratuwa University , Sri Lanka .
There is 23 dogs and some cats suffered paralysis and then died after being plugged a hypodermic needle suspected Ketamine toxic by some students at the university .
How can that happen ???

A university should teach care , tolerance and affection towards fellow beings , not teach such cruelty !

We want justice to that dogs and cats and we ask to stop practicing and experimenting on animals in this university , because the practice of trial includes animal abuse and animal cruelty .

We ask the university to take responsibility for what Has done its students .
We demand that the perpetrators be punished for their cruel deeds .
