The Issue

I am Logan E. Hollabaugh, the proud owner of Jade Stone Masonry, Real Tech Solutions LLC, and The Kings Coven INK. For over two decades, I have been dedicated to serving the Clearfield County community by providing jobs and quality services. However, I am reaching out to you today under different circumstances—pleading for justice and understanding.

On January 6th, 2025, an unforeseen emergency unfolded at our home near the Shawville River. My girlfriend gave birth to our baby prematurely by 2.5 months. The situation was critical and required immediate medical attention. Unfortunately, we found ourselves in a location with poor cell reception, rendering it impossible to call 911 for help. On top of that, the area had just been hit by a snowstorm, leaving six inches of snow covering our steep, paved driveway. With no other options, we swiftly made our way to the hospital ourselves.

After facing such an unimaginable ordeal, I was devastated to learn that I have been charged with felony endangerment by the Clearfield County District Attorney's Office. This accusation is not only unjustified, but it fails to acknowledge the complexities and urgency of the situation we were in.

I am urging the Clearfield County justice system to carefully reconsider the charges placed against me. Let us examine the circumstances of that day: a sudden emergency, isolation due to limited cell service, and severe weather conditions. No parent should be punished for facing an extraordinary situation with courage and determination.

Removing these charges will not only correct a grave injustice, but it will also reaffirm that our system values factual context and empathizes with its community members. I believe in fairness and I am confident that justice can prevail with your support.

Please stand with me and my family by signing this petition. Together, we can urge the Clearfield County District Attorney's Office to drop these unwarranted charges and restore justice.
