With more than 99% compliance, I was confident we were fulfilling our commitments, yet we were terminated over minor issues with no opportunity for a fair appeal. To make matters worse, ours isn’t an isolated case. It turns out more than 600 other carriers face similar fates this year alone.

Imagine having a fleet of trucks ready to roll but nowhere to send them, losing out on substantial revenue each day a resolution is delayed. This situation has left many small businesses scrambling, jeopardizing not just our livelihoods, but those of our drivers and operational staff. Each carrier cut loose leaves a trail of financial distress and uncertainty.

Together, we carriers are a force to be reckoned with. I am part of a growing coalition of businesses, already numbering in the dozens, and aiming to rally over 100 companies to confront this unjust treatment. By banding together, we can amplify our voices and bring attention to the need for change.
