The Issue

I am the heartbroken mother of a cherished 14-year-old girl, who was unjustly removed from my care due to the actions of our local Family Services. My daughter was initially with me until she was unknowingly and unethically transferred under the supervision of Tiffany LaChance of Good Shepard; an organization outsourced by DFS. In addition, Lindsey Gully and Lindsey Ulen, county juvenile office staff of St. Francios County, Missouri, have also involved themselves in this case of seemingly unfair child removal, avoiding communication, and not providing the necessary due process. They have begun collusion with my husband's ex-girlfriend, who intends to adopt my daughter out of ill motives, neglecting what's truly in the best interest of my child.

This is not only causing emotional stress for my family, but it is also a clear violation of both ethical standards and my parental rights. Families across our county are placed under such devastating situations due to the unchecked power held by these individuals and offices. Our children are not trade goods to be carelessly moved without considering their need for love, stability, and right to remain with their families.

In light of all these, I request a thorough investigation of the involved individuals: Tiffany LaChance, Lindsey Gully, Lindsey Ulen, and others who may be partaking in this questionable practice within St. Francios County, Missouri's juvenile office and Good Shepard organization. Everyone deserves fair treatment and due process, especially when it concerns fragile family structures. Hence, I urge everyone to raise their voice against such injustice and sign this petition, marking a step towards safeguarding our children from unquestioned authority and possible trafficking. Your signature could save a family, it could save a life.
