The construction of the IRVING OIL Headquarters Building has been put on indefinite hold. This is because an appeal of The Heritage Development Board's approval of the project has been filed by a single individual. This petition is to ask the Chair of the Appeal Board to deal with this appeal immediately so as to bring certainty to the projects status.
