I request following facilities for the registered users

1.    To generate bill by providing current meter readings, and other required information to generate the bill, if it is not possible online then at least it can be generated in a day time by providing meter reading online through website.

2.    Registered users should be able to generate receipts of all the previous payments maid at any point of time, as currently we have this facility only for previous bills.

I want online facility for bill generation because most of the time we are wandering to the concerned office just to get concerned employee to generate bills by giving him a reading, and if by any chance we could not get the bill generated then system generates a bill which cause a lot of issues. If we can generated our bills online it will save a lot of consumers time, and it will reduce the overhead from the concerned department for rectify wrong bills. It will give an increased consumer satisfaction, and faster and smoother revenue generation to PVVNL, as many users may prefer to go to a cyber cafe and generate bills than to wander to the concerned office looking for concerned employee to generate bills.
