Over the past few years, more and more stores are opening on Thanksgiving Day, taking their workers away from important family traditional celebrations.  Belk is included in this group of stores.

I would like for Belk to remain closed all of Thanksgiving Day and not open until early Black Friday.

If Belk insists on opening on Thanksgiving Day, I will take all my holiday business to Norstrom, who is not open on Thanksgiving Day.
