A number of fatalities have occurred on a stretch of road from Aberystwyth to Bowstreet via the Comins Coch and Penrhyn-Coch junctions

I propose safer road conditions a pavement and a cyclist lane with additional space to be made at these turn off points (Comins Coch and Penrhyn-Coch) with a new speed limit place mainly for the safety of drivers from away who are unaware of the dangers on this stretch of road

Ceredigion County Council have a duty of care not only to it's community but to the blue light services who respond to incidents on a regular basis in this area
