IMVU client has recently launched an update for Mac users ( Windows not impacted) that is now compatible with MacOS v10.15 “Catalina” called IMVU Desktop Beta, and the majority of Mac users hate it. Mac users have proposed that they would like the older verision of IMVU to be compatible for MacOS Catalina because the newer version is not only harder to use but doesn't offer most of the benefits they had with the older version. Mac users that happen to be creators can no longer create, and lose some of their v.i.p benefits which is paid for monthly. The shopping experience is no longer favorited due to the lack of uniqueness creators put into making product thumbnails. Mac users have described their experience with the new update as "a serious downgrade and is negatively affecting our play experience." Not only are users frustrated but most have noted that IMVU will in fact lose money if they don't take their customers advice into account. Users who have been playing for 7 years plus are now unsubscribing from v.i.p benefits because it is no longer worth it to them. Many have noted that IMVU desktop beta is very similar to the IMVU  mobile app which is not exactly favorited amongst most users, but despite that users will still continue using mobile  app  to stay updated and connect with their friends etc. Users have proposed that IMVU should upgrade to 64 bit to make it more "universally compatible". We are using this platform to bring attention to these issues and we hope IMVU takes this into account. We as Mac users would all like to enjoy using IMVU client just like are  Windows counterparts. We would not like to see IMVU become the new gaiaonline.
